 Meal Plan for the Week

I realize I've been slacking on the meal planning. Part of that is because... you know... I moved to another country. Also, because of that, I've been trying to figure out what is available to me and what ingredients are worth buying and what imported products cost the least. Did you know a box of Cinnamon Chex cereal cost $8 here!?

Anywho... Here is what's for dinner this week! You can mix and match with any previous meals I've included on here. Don't forget you can also pull from your master meal list and add any of the following to your rotation as well.

I also purchased items for super quick meals like bean and cheese burritos, and a frozen meal from Costco, Mandarin orange chicken, that I'll serve over some brown rice. It's always good to have easy, no fuss meals at the ready when you really don't feel like doing much. 


1. Spaghetti- Bottle of Prego, ground meat of choice, and spaghetti noodles are all you need for this inexpensive, easy meal. Add on a side of veggies and garlic bread and you're good to go.

2. Alfredo Bake- Here is the link- Alfredo Bake I haven't tried this one yet but I'm hoping it's good! If you try it before me let me know in the comments what you thought.
