Sweet of the Week!-Easy Crescent Cheesecake

Sweet of the Week- Easy Crescent Cheesecake

I made this the other day after a request from the Husband. I forgot how easy and quick this is! It's a recipe from my mother-in-law. I have a few recipes from her that my husband grew up with and loves, and I try to add them in my rotation once in a while.

You will need 2 cans of crescent rolls, 3/4 cup of sugar, 1 tsp vanilla, 2-8oz Cream cheese, and 1 egg. That's it!

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.

Have your cream cheese at room temperature and mix in the vanilla, egg, and sugar. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking spray and unroll one can of crescents and place in bottom of pan.

Pour your cream cheese mixture on top of that then layer the last can of crescents on top.

Cook for 30 minutes. Your kitchen will start to smell like cream cheese danishes! MMMM...

Once done, let cool and if you want you can mix a little powdered sugar and milk to pour on top for a light glaze.

You can eat this hot and fresh out of the oven but I prefer to let it sit in the fridge and eat it cold. Did you make this? Let me know in the comments what you think!
